Mr. Cottle,
I have a terrible time opening the videos sent through your LOOM software. Is there a trick to it? I clink on the link in the email but nothing appears. I am even having troubles when I go directly to the Shasta website and click on your video there. I know of another person using an entirely different system, that is having troubles.
