Schedules: We will be reaching out to you this week (if we haven’t already) to share and confirm whether your child will be attending the morning or afternoon session of our Comprehensive Distance Learning days. Our goal is to have classes that are balanced in number in order to plan the highest quality of experiences for students. Here is our schedule again for your reference:
Chromebooks: Chromebook distribution began today. If your child needs a district-provided Chromebook to take part in Comprehensive Distance Learning, here is the schedule for pickup in the parking lot at Willamette High School.
Online Learning Systems: Seesaw will be used for instruction at the K-2 level and made available to grade 3-5 classes. Students in grades 3-5 will also be accessing Google Classroom to support learning. Click here for more information about Seesaw and click here for more information about Google Classroom, including how to set up guardian accounts.
Family Information Sessions: We are still finalizing the schedules for our Clear Lake Family Information Sessions next week. We will meet via Zoom and go over the daily learning schedule, attendance, accessing school supplies for home, breakfast and lunch schedules, getting academic help, counseling, technology support, and more. Watch for further communication about the days and times for these sessions.
Supplies: We are offering free basic school supply kits for our students as they take part in Comprehensive Distance Learning. Watch for further communication about when you can drive through our parking lot to pick up supplies for your student.
