Bethel Literacy Coaches work in partnership with administrators and teachers to improve student reading achievement by aligning instructional practices in the Science of Reading and Culturally Responsive pedagogy that elevate student’s voice and identity. 

Literacy Coaches work with school teams on making data-based decisions and will work to create systems to support all students in becoming proficient readers.

Bethel Literacy Coaches are assigned to specific schools to assist with LA curriculum implementation, provide instructional coaching, and also work with MTSS/PLC teams on data analysis and interpretation around reading achievement.
