Beginning on Monday, Oct. 18, Bethel’s weekly COVID-19 testing and vaccination clinic will move to Bethesda Lutheran Church. With daylight savings on the horizon and fall weather beginning to creep in, the space will provide much-needed light and shelter.
Lane County Public Health, in partnership with the Bethel School district hosts a free weekly COVID-19 vaccination and testing clinic for anyone in the Bethel community. The community clinic 
takes place every Monday and Thursday at Bethesda Lutheran Church
When: The clinic will take place from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. every Monday and Thursday. Additional clinics may be scheduled.
Where: Bethesda Lutheran Church, 4445 Royal Ave, Eugene, OR 97402
Here is the schedule for the next week:
Monday, October 18th 1 – 4 p.m. at Bethesda Lutheran Church.
Thursday, October 21st 4 – 6 p.m. at Cascade Middle School. (This is the last day testing will occur at Cascade Middle School).

- Health professionals staffing the event are bilingual.
- People 15 and older can consent for themselves to receive a vaccine; children ages 12-14 will require parent/guardian consent.

Third dose vaccines will not be available at this clinic
The Cascade Vaccine Clinic will only be offering 1st and 2nd dose vaccines.
LCPH is holding separate clinics for immune compromised individuals who qualify for a 3rd dose. Check qualifications here. Attendees will be asked to attest to the specific medical condition that they experience which makes them eligible for the booster shot. The $50 gift cards will not available for 3rd dose.
